Outdoor Tasks, Home:
- Inspect house foundation
- Look for signs of termites
- Inspect exterior vents
- Turn on exterior water supply
- Remove storm windows/re-install screens
- Inspect screen doors
- Inspect window caulking
- Wash windows
- Reseal exterior woodwork
- Inspect eaves troughs and downspouts
- Inspect exterior home light bulbs. Replace burnt out bulbs
- Clean gutters and downspouts
- Turn on water to outside taps and downspouts
- Inspect exterior paint
- Inspect roof/shingles
- Inspect crawlspaces with access from outside
